Soil section involves in determination of Soil Classification collected from different roads of Punjab and helps to maintain quality matters regarding sub grade, shoulders of different roads.

This section was established in 2023 in this Directorate to ensure the quality standards for the following material used in roads construction regarding the safety of road users.
